Veve reveals Marvel’s digital comics

From Spider-Man to Marvel Mighty’s, Veve and Marvel present another collectible set of NFTs featuring some of Marvel’s most historic comic book issues.

While celebrating Marvel Month, Veve unveiled the first three limited-edition Marvel Comics on their platform, which includes Marvel comic number one (1939), Journey into the mystery number 85 (1962), and The Fantastic Four number one (1961). Each digital comic will have up to five cover variations, each associated with a different rarity (Common, Uncommon, Rare, Ultra Rare, and Secret Rare). According to Veve, when fans purchase a comic, Veve’s built-in e-reader will allow fans to read the digital comic as it arrives in their collection.

On Veve, three of the digital comics are featured not only with five variations of covers, but with a different color mix. Because the comic book covers in the center and far right are visible in color while the rest are black and white and blend together.

Fantastic Four # 1

Marvel has become increasingly popular on the platform since their very first Spider-Man NFT sold out in just 24 hours. As for Marvel Mighty’s, it’s no surprise, the Blind Box collectibles sold out in under 30 minutes as well, seeing over 90,000 units roll out of the digital store.

Fans can buy and collect a variety of NFT Marvel, trade and research rare, even secret NFT comics and collectibles, and display their hard-earned collection in fully customizable virtual showrooms. The first issue of Marvel Comic has already been released today, but fans can get the other two playable comics on August 20 and 21 at 8 p.m. ET.
